Once you've created a translation project in the iLangL extension for Sitecore, you can monitor its status.
To see the status of a particular content item translation, choose the content item in the tree. Depending on the settings, you might see the warning that the item is now in translation.
To see more details on the jobs for the selected item, open the Jobs in the Selected Item section.
To see the latest statuses of all content items' jobs, open the Jobs in the All Items section.
In both tables, you'll find information about Statuses, Services, Languages, Due dates and other details of the translation jobs.
The statuses of your projects might be as follows:
Ordered — the project has been created but has not been pushed to the translation tool yet.
In Progress — the translation jobs are in the translation tool and the translators are working on them.
Ready to deliver — the translation is completed and is placed in the Localization Hub in the temporary storage.
Delivered — the translation is delivered to Sitecore.
Note: The name of the "Delivered" status might be different as it is customizable. Ask your Localization Hub admin for details if there are any difficulties with understanding the status of a job.
If there are several workflow stages (e.g. Translation, Revision, Client Review), you might notice that sometimes the job goes back to the In Progress state after it has been delivered. This means that Sitecore users asked for edits to the content, and the translation job is in progress in the next workflow step, for example, Revision.
You might also see the Overdue and Outdated badges.
Overdue — means that the project has not met the initial due date.
Outdated — means that not the latest version of this entry was previously ordered for translation for a specific language and Service. You can select this item in Jobs and add it to the Basket.
