iLangL Localization Hub portal has a custom app that can be added to Contetnful and used to create and track translation projects from Contentful. Find out how to add and configure the app in Contentful.

How to install the app to Contentful
1. Ensure you have admin rights to the Contentful space where you want to enable the Localization Hub app.
2. Open Installed apps from the Apps dropdown menu.
3. Click Manage app definitions.
4. Click Create app.
5. Specify the Name of the app. This will be the tab's name where you’ll place translation requests.
6. Leave the Hosted by Contentful option disabled.
7. Insert the link from the App URL field in the Contentful app instructions you received via email.

Note: Replace the colored text with the URL of your Localization Hub portal, which you can find on your portal page.
8. In the Location, check the Entry editor.
9. Save the settings.
10. Now you need to install the app to spaces.
a) Select the Install to space option from the Actions dropdown.
b) Select Space and Environment and press Continue.
c) Click Authorize access.
How to add the app tab to the content types
1. Open the Content Model page.
2. Open the content type you want to add to the localization flow.
3. Open the Entry editors tab.
4. Find the app you recently added in the Available items column. Press the plus button to add the app to the Entry editors column.
You can change the sequence of tabs by dragging the cards.
5. Save the changes.
6. Repeat Steps 2-5 for all content types that you want to translate in Contentful.
7. Navigate to the Content page and open an entry with content type configured for translation.
8. Open the tab named after the app you added. In our example, it's Translation.
9. Enter the CMA token. CMA token is used to authenticate requests to Contentful's Content Management API, enabling the export and import of the content. You can use your existing tokens. It's possible to change the CMA token later if you need it.
Or, create a new one.
a) Navigate through the link and click Create personal access token.
b) Specify the name of the token and choose the expiration date.
c) Click Generate.
d) Copy the token immediately. You won't be able to access it later.
10. If you already have the Workspace for managing translation from Contentful in Localization Hub, enter the Workspace ID.
Copy the Workspace ID from the Instructions for Contentful Extension Installation you received via email.
Also, you can find the Workspace ID in the Workspace settings in Localization Hub.
If you don't have the Workspace, you can create a new one.
11. Click Apply.
You'll be redirected to settings and see the Connected status when the connection is established. You can change the CMA token when needed and check your Workspace ID on this page.
