1. Where to find in-app notifications?
The Localization Hub platform can send in-app and/or email notifications.
Where to find in-app notifications?
To see in-app notifications, click on the bell icon in the top right corner.
If you need to get more details on the notification, navigate to the My Notifications page by clicking on the notification or your avatar.
The My Notifications page is your portal mailbox. You can see all the notifications here. Unread notifications will be in bold.
To see the details of a specific notification just click on it.
You can also filter them by the user, type, or date.
If you'd like to see only unread notifications, you can switch the New Only toggle.
Notifications can be removed and marked as read or unread. Tick the checkbox to see possible actions.
Notification preferences
To set up your notification preferences, do the following steps:
1. Open the My Notifications page by clicking on your account avatar.
2. Navigate to settings by clicking the Settings button in the right corner.
3. Activate the Subscribe toggle if you would like to receive the notification of a specific type.
4. Activate the My activities toggle if you want to receive notification about activities initiated by you on the portal.
5. Activate the Send e-mail toggle in case you need to receive email notifications in addition to in-app notifications.
6. Click Save.
