To access all portal functionalities, an active subscription is required.
If your current subscription is still active but you’d like to schedule the next one in advance to avoid any interruptions in your translation workflow, please refer to How to schedule a subscription.
If your subscription has already expired, or if you're working with a new portal that doesn't yet have an active subscription, please follow the steps below.
1. Open the "Subscription" page in the "Administration" section.
If you don't have an active subscription, you'll see the following page.
2. Review the subscription plans, choose the necessary subscription period and click "Select a plan"
Besides fixed-price subscription plans, there is an "Enterprise" subscription option. Contact us to discuss the project and get the proposal.
3. After clicking the "Select a plan" button, you are redirected to the order form. If you chose the incorrect subscription plan or period, you can change this in the form. You can also change the date from which the subscription should be active.
4. Activate the "Auto-renewal" toggle if you want your subscription to be automatically renewed after expiration.
5. Add the order reference if you want us to refer to it in our invoice. And write notes. Both fields are optional.
6. Thoroughly review your subscription order details and click "Order".
7. After clicking the "Order" button and confirming the order, you will be redirected to the subscription management page.
