How to generate an API key for Google Drive?

1. Navigate to Google Cloud Console

2. Select a project or create a new one. 

3. Open the project and navigate to API & Services. 

4. Click Enable API and Services. 

4.1 Click on Google Drive API card.

4.2 Press Enable to activate Google Drive API.

5. Click Create Credentials.

5.1 Select the Application data credential type and click Next.

5.2 Specify Service account name and Service account description. Click Done.

6. Configure your API Key.

6.1. Open the Credentials page

6.2 Click on account email. 

6.3 Navigate to the Keys tab and open ADD KEY dropdown. Pick Create new key.

6.4 Select JSON as the Key type and press Create:

6.5 The API key will be downloaded to your PC. Save it so you can use it for Google Drive integration.
