To manage access to the workspace, you need to create workspace roles with different permissions.
1. Navigate to the workspace settings Access tab.
2. Create a workspace role by clicking Add role.
3. Add the name and the description of the role.
4. Navigate to the Permissions tab and set the necessary permissions for the role (here's a detailed guide on the workspace permissions).
5. Add certain users (here's the guide on how to add users).
6. Enable the role. If the role is not enabled, you won't be able to invite users to this workspace role.
7. Enable the API if you want this role to be the default for user registration from the CMS. The API key is required for Sitecore and Optimizely connectors. To assign CMS users to a specific role in the Localization Hub, ensure the same API key is used in both systems for the role.
The API key will be used as a part of the URL, so please make sure that API Key doesn't contain characters that can break the URL, such as = or &.
